We accept return/refund requests under the following conditions:
• The return/refund request is raised within 4 days from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Incase of "Open Box Delivery", a return/refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Return/Refund request that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
To process any return/refund, the following details are mandatory:
• Unboxing video of the product(clearly showing the package being opened and the content inside it).
• Product images highlighting the issue.
• Image of the package with shipping label completely visible.
Failure to provide the required proof will result in rejection of the return/refund request.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must raise a return/refund request within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for return/refund.
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
• Used or washed products.
• Products not in original packaging, without tags and without original bill.
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable).
Once the returned product is received at our company's address, our team will inspect the product with all the details provided by the customer. If our team approves the return/refund request, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• For prepaid orders the refund amount will be credited to the original payment source.
• For cash on Delivery (COD) orders the customer will be required to share their valid bank account details on our e-mail for refund processing.
We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders.
However, additional charges may apply in the following cases:
• Remote or non-serviceable pin codes.
• Bulk business orders or high-volume orders.
• Products requiring special packaging or handling.
In such cases shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
• Blue Trove India LLP reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests after reviewing the provided details and product condition.
• Returns that do not comply with this policy will be declined at our discretion.
