Order Processing

All processed orders are subjected to successful payment confirmation/mode of payment confirmation (COD) and product availability. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing timelines may be extended during sales, peak periods, or public holidays. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed via e-mail or SMS with your order status.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch within India.
This timeline is indicative and may vary based on location, courier partner operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders.
However, additional charges may apply in the following cases:
• Remote or non-serviceable pin codes.
• Bulk business or high-volume orders.
• Products requiring special packaging or handling.
In such cases, our team will contact you before dispatch for approval. Orders to be processed after confirmation and advance payment of the shipping/any other unforeseen charges.

Order Tracking

Orders are delivered by third-party courier partners. A delivery is considered complete once the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier partner. Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery time. If the package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, it is recommended to refuse acceptance or record evidence and notify us promptly.

Non-Serviceable Location

In the event where a customer is trying to order from a non-serviceable delivery location, please contact our support team to discuss available alternatives before giving up on your order.
Depending on feasibility, Blue Trove India LLP may arrange delivery to the nearest serviceable address or hub from your location. You will be notified once the shipment is delivered to this location. Thereafter, the responsibility of collecting the order from the agreed location will rest with the customer.

Extended Delivery Support

Upon request, Blue Trove India LLP may assist in arranging last-mile delivery from the nearest serviceable location to your specified address through local delivery partners. This service will be subject to additional charges, which must be paid in advance prior to dispatch from our warehouse.
Orders will be processed only after confirmation of the preferred delivery option and acceptance of any applicable charges. Delivery timeline may vary in such cases.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail due to:
• Customer unavailability.
• Refusal to accept the order.
• Incorrect address and contact information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Blue Trove India LLP will not be liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details.
In cases where the shipment may be returned to us re-shipment of such orders will be processed only after confirmation from the customer and will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Delay in Delivery

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.
Such delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation unless explicitly covered under our 'Return & Refund Policy'.

Shipping & Return Management

• Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to:
o Damaged or defective products.
o Incorrect product delivered.
o Any error attributable to Blue Trove India LLP.
• In approved return cases, reverse pickup will be arranged in serviceable areas. In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to self-ship the product as per return instructions.
