Blue Circle Club – Terms & Conditions

Membership Eligibility
Blue Circle Club membership is granted only after a user successfully places an order and the order is delivered. The membership will be activated only after the completion of a valid order, i.e no return and no cancellation of the order.

One Membership per User
Each user is allowed only one membership. A single email address and contact number can be used only once for Blue Circle Club membership. Duplicate memberships are strictly not allowed.

Membership Activation
Membership activation is not instant. It will be activated automatically after the successful completion of the eligibility criteria. Users will be notified via email once their membership is activated.

Club Benefits
Blue Circle Club members will receive an exclusive benefit of 10% discount under "New arrival" section. This benefit is subjected to change at any time without prior notice.

Discount Usage
Blue Circle Club related discounts are applicable only as per the defined system logic. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly allowed. The company reserves the rights to modify or restrict discount usage.

Referral Program

• Only active Blue Circle Club members can participate in the referral program. The referred user have to mention the ID of the Blue Circle Club member in the "Apply Code" section after the check out option in the cart, to get 5% off under "New Arrival" category. Referral reward will be issued only after the referred user completes a valid order, i.e no return and no cancellation of the order.
• After the completion of a valid order the referrer will get a discount coupon code on the registered e-mail id.
• The referrer will get an additional 5% off on the total cart value if ordering from the "New Arrival" category only.
• If a Blue Circle Club member is ordering from "New Arrival" section and also from any other category/section the Blue Circle Club discount and referrar discount will be eligible for the cart value under "New Arrival" category only.
• The Membership discount and referral discount code will be used respectively as 10% discount on MRP and an additional 5% discount on the already discounted price. They can never be combined together before applying against the total cart value.
• If a customer have more than one referral code, in that situation only one referral code at a time can be used for that particular order.
• Under no circumstances two referral codes can be used/clubbed to place one single order on the website.

Coupon Rules

• Coupon(s) are for single use only. Coupon(s) may have an expiry date and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• In case of return the used coupon(s) will reflect back in the customer's "My Account" section.

Cancellation & Misuse
The company reserves the right to cancel membership and coupon(s) in case of misuse, fraud or under any unethical use.

Modification of Terms & Conditions
The company reserves the right to update or modify the Blue Circle Club program or its terms & conditions at any time.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By joining the Blue Circle Club program, the user agrees to all the above mention terms & conditions.
